I have seen a couple of other posts about this issue. After driving my 2021 Wrangler Sahara a couple of hours in the 100 degree heat of So Cal and Arizona, the A/C stops blowing full air. The air is cold (and when I pulled the cabin filter while the issue was going on) full air was being pushed by the blower to the cabin. It just doesn't flow out of the vents. This has happened a couple of times. If I stop the vehicle for 5-10 minutes to fuel up, the air works for a few minutes, then cuts down again. So, about a week ago, it happened again while driving to LA from Phoenix. However on the way back, the A/C worked perfectly. What was the difference? .....I didn't use cruise control on my return trip. So if you have the same problem, don't use cruise control and see if it resolves the issue. I'm bringing my Jeep in for an oil change to the dealer tomorrow and will have them give me an assessment. I love cruise control in the desert, so I may have to pay the dealer a few hundred dollars. But it beats paying the state trooper for the speeding ticket and defensive driving course.

Sounds like your evaporator is freezing up. This shouldn’t happen.

Evap would affect cooling but not air volume.
The first thing I would do is check to see if the jeep has a a/c blower motor resistor. Most all vehicles has a small circuit board on or near the blower motor it’s usually this board going bad causing this. If this isn’t the problem it may be your fan selector switch.

I've seen it happen in many vehicles, even in my 2006 Dodge 2500. When the system gets low on freon, it starts to freeze up, and for some reason a couple of vents will not push as much air through them.

Just to rule out low freon, see if the system is low, and if the lines are icing up. Rule out this easy fix first. BTW, if the.lines are icing up, when it isn't blowing correctly it's most likely low on freon. Before you go buy the expensive 1234xyz freon, know that the cheaper and older 134a can be used. I've used it for a while without issue. It just takes a $10 adapter from Amazon.

yeah, the reason is the giant wall of ice that air can’t blow through.
