Aftermarket Headlights wiring

Hello, I purchase a new set of aftermarket Headlights for my Jeep and you would think they would include all the accessories for installation wrong. So now I am wondering what type of wiring do I need to connect the two wires in the picture one is for the turning signal and the other is for the Halo ring to stay on. I know I will need some type of scotchlok connectors as well . Thanks!

I cut them off and soldered them, insulated them nicely with heat shrink and insulation tape and it's waterproof. If you only buy a counter piece, you'll still have to insulate the ceiling.
