Certainly for distance alone Rob, buying from Koons--assuming they still offer such discounts--may suggest you deal with a Canadian dealer.well, I think I’d want a wrangler with km/h since that’s what we have here. I wonder if there’s any dealers doing that here in Canada.
when they had these 5% off wholesale, it’s end of model year sales? ...i.e. wasn’t when the model year was introduced??

Then again, people have bought from Koons from all over the country and world. I kid you not.
Because it's a factory order you may be able to specify a Canadian build--which is my language to indicate things like the analog speed odometer be metric.
Pther than that, much that is digital is configurable by the owner between metric and imperial (i.e. inches/pounds/etc.) measurements.
There was positively no catch on what model JLs you could buy this way that I was aware of at any dealer. It might extend to the Gladiator to, I just don't know--I've been out of the buying loop for some time now, but the forum's thread on this is bound to be current.
Again, it's about dealers getting volume incentives from FCA for moving lots of product, that makes up in part for the loss in profit from not charging higher to the consumer for less sales of prebuilt rigs, where such incenties are split with the customer.
