Acceleration Issues in Jeep Wrangler

What could be the cause of this issue, and what should I check?

When I accelerate to increase speed in my 2019 jeep wrangler, once the RPM reaches between 4000 & 5000 rpm’s it will not allow me to go faster and the engine light will begin blinking, sometimes the auto stop displace light will turn on as well indicating it’s not available. It’s worse when I go uphill like there’s no power whatsoever. Even when I’m trying to pass a vehicle while on the road.

No idea but if your check engine light blinks, I'd think you'd have a stored code. What does a code reader show?

I assume this is a manual transmission? Since the 8 spd auto shifts at lower rpm.

maybe the clutch is starting to wear out and slipping at higher rpm?

What’s the stored code? It’s not in limp mode, it sounds like you just have a basic misfire.
