Hello I changed the axles from 2.2D Rubicon European version (M210 front and M220 rear) to my 2dr 3,6 SPORT (originally M186 front and M200 rear) and everything are plag&play but I have one painpoint, it is ABS sensor. It were connect with no problem, but I have bug in ABS module C0031-4A C0034-4A C0037-4A C003A-4A - instal incorrect component - sensor of ABS/odometer. I try to change it with sensor from SPORT axle but it is diffrent sizes. That from Rubicon axle are the biggest as that from SPORT.
Additionally I have much more bugs as ABS,ESP, 4WD, Check engine but I think it is due to ABS sensor problem. The odometer doesn't work too.
Maybe I need to programme it in ABS module, it is possible, how to do it?
Can you help me? SOmbody had that problem?

Hello

Hello Somerbody can help me? I still have this problem
Sounds very similar to a problem I'm having, did the axle swap have e different gear ratio? I have a JLUR and just changed my gears from 4:10's to 4:88's and have the same codes. If you changed gear ratios your computer is reading one speed from the drive train and another from the ABS sensor and they are not matching. I just got a programmer, Super Chip Flashcal, and corrected for tire size (although that doesn't effect the computer) and gear ratio. I had to disconnect my batteries to clear the ABS codes, just an FYI you need to disconect the negetive battery cable and disconnect the auxilary negative from the main battery cable or it will still have power. I haven't driven the Jeep since i reprogramed and cleared the codes, so I'm not sure if this will cure the problem, I'm hoping it will. I'll let you know after a get a couple of hundred miles on it.
