I'm planning to buy a new 2024 Willys. I visited a local dealer yesterday, with no good results. Sales rep first tried to sell me what he had on stock, after I had been very specific (before the visit) with what I was looking for (exact color, packages, hard top, etc). Also, he was not being clear enough to explain to me about the cash incentives from Jeep. He said that he "didn't even know" what those incentive codes meant (codes that were posted on that dealer's website):
Bonus Cash (24CRA) -$2,000
Retail Bonus Cash (SECRA1) -$2,000

I sensed that there was not much space to work with this dealer, so I stopped working with them. Then I kept checking at Jeep.com, and when I proceeded to prepare an online quote for a custom order (which eventually must be handle through the dealer I choose of course), the Jeep portal shows the current 2 cash incentives
--------
$4,000 Total Bonus Cash
ON 2024 WRANGLER 4-DOOR WILLYS
  • Southeast BC Retail Bonus Cash ( Disclosure27)
    $2,000
  • Bonus Cash ( Disclosure28)
    $2,000
Disclosures:
27. Residency restrictions apply. Contact dealer for details. Must take retail delivery by 07/01/2024
28. Contact dealer for details. Must take retail delivery by 07/01/2024
--------------
(As far as I understand, they seem to be available for either: Brand new models on stock in dealer LOTS, or for Custom Orders too).

For the "27" bonus cash I guess I should be eligible since I live in North Carolina (Southeast Bonus Cash).
For the 28 seems like just a Cash bonus incentive for this model.

Both disclosures state that delivery must be done by 07-01-2024.

I will send a message to a new dealer next week, to confirm about this. I am not clear yet if these incentives will apply if I place a custom order before 07-01-2024 but the vehicle is delivered after some time (beyond that expiration date).

Maybe someone here could share some insights or experience in the past from different deals on custom orders involving incentives from the factory. Thanks in advance.

I’d suggest you head over to any of @Ratbert ’s posts and talk to the dealers listed in the table linked in his signature - you can get a better deal than $4k off from a Willy’s for sure!

I'm planning to buy a new 2024 Willys.
Head over to https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/ratberts-dealers-below-invoice-spreadsheet.95841/ as mentioned above.

We ordered and purchased through our closest dealer (Tuttle Click in Irvine) on the list. MSRP was 48,350. Rob Quoted us at 43,905 without a single "haggle" involved. I then came across a 1,000 bonus cash offer a few weeks before delivery, which we were able to use on our order, putting the price before tax, title, and license at 42,905......so just order a Wrangler.

1) Google edmunds 2024 Jeep Wrangler Incentives - put in the zip code where the vehicle will be registered and choose the wrangler trim - you will have a list of all available incentives for that model and zip code

2) get on cargurus, and search the wrangler in the area you want to buy or are willing to drive, ie 500 mile radius. Sort the list by biggest discount, then email dealers sales manager what you want and what discount you expect. You should easily get 10-12% off sticker before incentives. I’ve seen up to 15% discount on a Rubicon within the last month.

As others have mentioned, there's currently another $1k off available by clearing your jeep.com cookies, going to jeep.com, disabling blockers for that site, and going through the build process there. You should get a popup for that $1k off.

I just ordered a 2024 Willys 4 door Anvil, freedom top, convenience package, tech package with manual transmission. I received approximately $7200 off my order. Shop around. This is a Canadian order so that may be part of the reason

I’m planning on taking delivery of mine from Mike ant Lakeland Dodge in less than 2 weeks. I just got this coupon and added it to Apple Wallet. Probably the easiest $1000 I’ve ever made.

New baby is at home now! 🤘
Thanks everyone for the replies, advises and suggestions (Special Thanks to @Ratbert for that extra $1k from Jeep.com. yes it worked!)
I ended up going with a Willys 4xe (with the packages I wanted except the Alpine speakers. I will upgrade them later on).

Break down:
MSRP 63k
Jeep Incentive for the 4xe = $3k
Extra Bonus Cash = $ 1k
Dealer discount (they applied the Website Listing discount, then the discount of "trade-In" as well as the "Financing" discount, even when I didn't bring any trade-in, and it was a cash purchase, no financing) = $ 5,301 (that's a 8.4% discount off MSRP before incentives).

That gave me a final number of $ 53.7k before doc/dealer fees and taxes (and one addon that I couldn't remove that was "not optional" according to the dealership).

Then I realized that there was something extra that I didn't know at the beginning of my research (as I was not looking for a hybrid) . There is a TAX credit for "Clean Vehicle" (when I file for my taxes next year). Specifically a $ 3,750 tax credit for a Wrangler 4xe:

https://www.jeep.com/content/dam/fc...c-Drive-Vehicle-Credit-4xe-April-2023_FCA.pdf

That would put the final price of this EV @ $ 49,950 (before all fees, taxes and the "unremovable" addon).

Bottom line: I'm pretty satisfied with the deal done, and Super Happy with my new Willys!! :like: (my former partner was a Renegade which I will miss)

Wow. June lease offer directly from Jeep was $329/month on Sport. July it went to $449/month on the exact same spec. Ouch!

The banks must know that the values on Wrangler are tumbling.
