Since I posted this thread I have received a ton of PMs requesting the CEO Mike Manley’s email address. C’mon guys, it’s posted on this forum at least a dozen times! Or if you google “Mike Manley email”, literally the very first search returned in the list has it. If you won’t even look for something so basic and easy to find, I hope you’re willing to put more thought and effort into what you’re going to write if you want to get it read or any sort of response. Since it is already so publicly available on the internet at large and on this forum I’ll post it here in hopes that it’ll head off guys PMing me for it.

I can only imagine that he has to have someone screen hundreds (at least) of these every day so make yours one worthy of reading and a response. I hope everyone gets the help they need with their various issues so they can fully enjoy their Jeeps. Good luck!

Nothing to report. I doubt it’ll be here by then. But he told me what’s actually wrong with it to cause it to fail inspection. That’s something at least.

Well I checked again this morning, 3 days after being assured that the delay was going to be addressed and it would be expedited. I guess he didn’t mean right away, because it’s still exactly where it was for the last 5 weeks. I’ll check again next week.

A couple people in the 2018 threads got them cloned at 45 days I believe. But didn’t someone post in this thread they got it at 27 days?

I wish they would just clone them already. Anyone past 30 days should just get another.

I’m at 45 days today. Which in my mind is absurd.

To be clear, are you taking about days since originally ordered, or days since it’s been built and sitting there in inspection?

Hope you receive your build really soon and before Christmas. Also suggest giving it a few days and calling back that guy’s number directly. Hope he provided you your case number. Just for reference, I placed a custom build order on Saturday October 13 and picked it up on 5 December from the dealership, so about 7 weeks total. As an aside, the vehicle didn’t come with a user’s manual and the online manual for the 2019 wasn’t available online so I chatted with Mopar and received the manual in 10 days. The manual is as thick as an 1980s Yello Book and doesn’t fit in the glove compartment. I hope they come through for you!

Days since it’s been in inspection. Ordered 9/17. Built 11/3
