Having issues with the top gear relearn procedure. I just finished a regear and since I’m capped at 65 mph during the first two hundred miles of break in I can’t get enough time in 6th with pedal pressure to complete the relearning process. Also I noticed that the error message pops at about 30 mph making it tough to hit 6th at that low speed and keep the Jeep from chugging. Any tips? Is it ok to wait until I can go faster than 65 to complete the procedure? Should only be a few days before I have enough miles on it to do so.

I’m on firmware 11.06

I have a JL and had regear completed a few weeks ago. past 1K break in. Can't get the darn ESS light to go off. Tried the Tazer Relearn procedure - even the dealer tried the duel battery disconnect. Has anyone figured out a trouble shoot here? mine goes off right around 40 mpg. do you have to be in 6th gear before light goes on? anyone else have any secrets? dealer is researching as I type as well.

Drive it as fast as you need to. It’s not going to hurt anything. Change the oil at 500 miles and enjoy the benefits of the regear.

I unhooked both batteries overnight. In the morning I hooked them back up and went for a quick drive. No issues and was quick and easy. Didn’t use the tazer in anyway for it
