Speedo setting stuck

Long story short I put my factory wheels and tires back on my Wrangler. Then I unmarried the tazer and I also did a full reboot. But when I go down the highway my speedometer is still stuck on the old setting that I was using with the taser. It's reading four miles per hour too fast per GPS. How can I fix this?
