My question is do you put the advertised size ie. 35 for 35x12.5x17 or do you measure the actual height of the tire as it sits with the weight of the jeep on it?

Thanks. Thatā€™s what I figured, and found out when I got in the menu for the tazer

For anybody that has 35x12.5x17 Nitto ridge grapplers on stock 17x7.5 wheels they measure out to 33-7/8ā€ and there is a 33.85 and a 33.96 setting in the taser. I went with 33.85

Easiest way to get correct size (as far as programming goes) is measure from ground to center of centercap and multiply by 2.

I am running 11.08 firmware and when I measured my 315 KO2ā€™s and plugged that number in it was still off so I bumped the size up and kept doing so until my speed was correct using two different GPS speed apps

I will have to look for a gps speed app to check it. Doesnā€™t the factory nav show your current speed also?

The nav on the Jeep just reads the speedo. Itā€™s not independent from the speedo. Also if you connect your phone via apple car play it will connect to the speedo as well. Keep phone independent to get a more accurate speed check.

Also use a few different speed apps like speed box or similar and check the speed on flat road with cruise on, Iā€™m sure you wonā€™t be stopped if itā€™s only off by 1-2 mph but with my OCD tendencyā€™s I wanted mine spot on

I ended up using 31.75" for my 32" tall 305/65's to get it within 1 mph of the speedo.

I just bumped mine up two settings higher than the actual measured size. Tomorrow I plan to go on the highway and see how far it is off

So after that last bump Iā€™m still 1.2 mph off. Gonna actually put in what ever setting is closest to 35 and see how close that gets me
