My 21 4xe rubicon has been in the dealership 3 times in the past month for the same issue. Service hybird engine. Had 3 different rentals. It's in again and apparently the battery pack needs to be replaced. At this point it's a lemon and I don't feel comfortable with a vehicle that needs such huge repairs. Living in canada there's no lemon laws. Fca pulled out of camvap in 2019. I have no idea what to do. Asked for a trade in and they said they would only give me 58grand for it when I paid 75....
I will try to talk to the gm of the dealership tomorrow... but other then that does any one have any pointers on what I should do.

Dealership called, it's an intermittent issue, and they said they can only replace the battery pack when the vehicle is having "service hybird system"
This is a big joke. This is ridiculous, I've been without my jeep for 2 weeks, and now they have to wait for my vehicle to show this issue to order the battery, then put it in? Wtf is this? Sorry for my language but I'm paying for this vehicle and this is what's happening? Looks like I'm a joke to them
