4XE electrical issue - Service Charging System

Hi everyone, I have a 2022 4xe Rubicon with about 29k miles. Yesterday I unplugged my Jeep and started driving when a service charging system message showed up and a check engine light, the air conditioning also stopped working but the blowers worked, began shifting very hard, and has little/no power coming away from stops. I am bringing it in on Friday to the dealer, but man this crazy and seems a little dangerous. I searched the forums and couldn't find similar symptoms. Has anyone else experienced this and what was the issue? I absolutely hate this Jeep, will go back to all gas wrangler as soon as possible (if their values hadn't dropped like a brick). Thanks

Same thing happened to my 2021 4xe. Dealer has it now in Utah. Dealer said they had to contact jeep engineer. New battery being sent to dealer from manufacturer . So I am waiting now 10 days with car. Hoping for repair soon. I had a recall done and never worked after.

Bring it to the dealership.

I work for a Jeep store, and problems on the 4XE is not uncommon at all. Most likely they will need to replace the harness or the Battery.

If you're lucky maybe just an update.

Good grief, I took it into the dealer this morning. It needs a new battery and harness, said it was not safe to drive. Battery is supposed to take a month to get in. This is second multi-week stint for my 4xe.

I have a 2024 high altitude wrangler with 16,618 miles and just this past weekend i had my "charging system service" message, 1 week ago i replaced the main battery because my car die and it gave me the "RED turtle message". I can't turn on the car at all not even with trying to jump start.
I will be taking the car to the dealer and see what they tell me.

PS: No electric hybrid car for me next time.

So i had swap the main battery after i received the RED turtle message and the car worked fine for a few days. I didn't drive the car for a few days and when I went to use the car maybe a week after installing the new main battery, the car was dead again. I had to jump start the car again with a new main battery. The jumper machine was telling me that the car voltage was 3.2% and the new message displayed was "charging system needs service".
So when this happened I decided to take the car to the dealer. Today is friday and the car been at the dealer since monday and still no status of the car working.

UPDATE:
So the dealer tells me that the harness behind the dashboard has to get replace, there is a bad connection at the passenger front door for the blind spot, they have to change both of the car batteries.
The harness has to be order so they wont start to work on the car for another 5 days. so it might be a total of 10+ days at the dealer.

lets hope this fixes the issues.
