Looks awesome! I just picked up a set of 40" tires, just trying to figure out what wheels to get(Should not have sold my XD Machete's)
Can you tell me how much clearance you have at full lock on the frame and grill? I'm trying to go with a slightly less aggressive offset beadlock, but I'm concerned the tire will touch the frame at full lock. I don't mind trimming the grill if need be, but won't chop up the frame.

Thanks

Mine touch nothing if you go with more backspacing than 3.5" you will have issues.

Thanks, that's what I was worried about. Is it possible to measure or take a picture of how much clearance you have at the frame at full lock? I'm not too concerned about the grill/fenders etc....

I'm looking at ordering XD60 combo and running 40's as well on a 3.5" lift. Can you tell me what width axles you installed, wheel backspace/size and outside tire to outside tire width please? I've been toying with going 72.5" axle with 5.5"BS on 40/13.5 tires. Short term may run the stock axles with 3.5"BS, wondering the overall width difference.

Shad over at Crawler Conceptz showed up at EJS this year with 40s on his JL. He abused them all week long and never had any issues.

Doubt the stock axles will hold for very long, but it was fun to see him gettin' it.

You can do that when you own the shop LOL I can't afford to tear my stuff up like that I'm still making payments and having to buy that stuff retail I wouldn't be able to afford to fix it LOL

Nice! What shocks are you running? You still have 4.10s in it?
That is so badass I wish I could do 40s I just can't afford to put new axles like I said earlier and eventually I would have to

Im debating going to 40s but concerned about the drive shaft length. Currently running 37s with 2 inch Mopar lift. Any recommendations would be appreciated..

Lots of people are running 38.5 tires with stock axles and loving it. If you're only 1.5 inches away from 40s why have to go the route of new axles just for an inch and a half taller on tires. That to me is a wasteúí
