3rd O2 sensor has now gone bad.

2024 JLU Rubicon has been in the shop twice with O2 Sensor warning lights. Now the 3rd has developed and issue. What would cause all the O2 sensors to go bad. Dealership has suggested it was a bad batch of sensors. This could be the case but seems like we would be seeing more people with the issue on the forums. What else could cause it?

Hi,

I know antifreeze will contaminate a O2 sensors, maybe have them check oil and antifreeze levels. May even be a intake manifold seal issue?

I replaced Bank 1 downstream O2 sensor, due to an oil leak. New sensor failed after 200 miles.

maybe someone put some silicone up in there... obvious something is in there that should not be.

Where do you get gas?

Oil leak, use sensor safe sealant?

Oil and coolant all seem fine. I get gas at chevron

Sensor safe sealant….didn’t know there was such a thing. I may get some and pot my sensors. I didn’t have much of an oil leak, but sensor did have some oil contamination .
