Thank you for that offer. I actually have a set of 25 bolt beauty rings from my XR wheels in the garage. So I'm good there.

My current beadlock rings work for your 25 bolt XR wheels to run them as beadlocks. In stock and ready to ship as well. ?

In order to make a beadlock ring for the 392 wheel I need a 392 wheel. I'll make the ring and test fit it with a wheel and tire combo to verify it is correct.

My gut feeling is that my XR wheel beadlock ring is the same thing for the 392 wheel. The only difference being the bolt pattern. 25 vs 24. So the change is easy to make.
Oh. I missed that Part earlier in the thread. Lol. I’ll place an order for 5. How much more for powder black? I don’t see that option yet on your site.

Interesting difference between wheels. 392 bolt on the left. XR bolt on the right.

Probably to compensate for the added HP/Torque the wheels see from the 392.

Considering that both of these wheels can be found on a 392, my guess is that the non XR wheel has thicker bolts because it only has 24 of them whereas the XR wheel can have smaller bolts given the clamping force is distributed across (1) more bolts.

Great. The question is, will you add the machining to match the contour and shape of the OEM 392 rings or you will sell them flat like the regular mopar beadlocks? I think this is what makes these unique and better looking.

They are definitely better looking but I won't match what's there. I'll improve. ?

Can’t wait to see!!! Definitely interested. Can you expand on tire beads. Will these work with any tire. I haven’t bought the OEM ones because they come advertised for either the falken or the ko2 bead and I have MT Baja Boss. Also, will the set include all of the the bolts? Thanks.

Every tire manufacturer is different. So they all believe something different in tire bead thickness. Thankfully, I've been making double beadlock wheels over a decade and we have to account for the tire bead thickness to make the double beadlock insert the correct width. I have a long list of tire sizes and manufacturers to account for the differences. There are only a few tire sizes like the 43" TSL SX that won't work with my rings. But those bead thicknesses set the standard for max width. And at 43's you're probably not running the stock wheels anymore. So I made these rings work for a wide range of what we do use.

The stock hardware with the 392 is M10x1.50 and is a nice setup to reuse. I'm working on getting replacement hardware but it will be additional to the ring cost. I plan to reuse the 392 hardware on my set.
