I recently purchased the Mopar functional beadlock rings for the new 392 wheel from AllMoparParts and installed them exactly per instructions/torque values with Nitto Ridge Grappler 12.5x35x17 load range E tires. I am losing about 5-10 pounds per day on each tire. Is it possible that the bead on the tire is too thick for this Mopar wheel? I had the same tires mounted on my other Jeep with KMC Robby Gordon beadlocks and they never lost air. Any ideas or suggestions?

If it was on one wheel I would say maybe the tire was not mounted correctly. I had a beadlock do that once but if its all of them do you trust the TQ wrench? Maybe try another? Maybe they are not actually at TQ spec?

I used those rings with load e super swampers and had to tighten them way over torque specs to seat the lock rings

Squirt them down with a spray bottle full of soapy water. You'll find the leak quick. Will let you know what to address.

Did you solve the problem. I’m interested in getting these rings too but the instructions say that there is a ring for the bf goodridge and one for the falkens. I will be using the MT baja boss ATs.

How about the ones for the 392 wheels?
Which wheels do you have? Do you have a pic? I made the first setup for my 392 XR. I have confirmed one other wheel that has the same bolt pattern so my rings work. We can always measure yours to be sure.

I count 24 bolts on that wheel and 25 on my rings. I can absolutely make rings for them. Would just need to get my hands on one to get started. 😎

You should change your website to say "Beadlock Ring for XR Wheels" so there is no question that it's $224 for a single lock ring. The S makes it a little ambiguous and this may save you from an irate customer down the line.
Done. Thank you. That has been a common question and I don't want any misunderstanding. The description says sold individually. And I'm working on the site to show it up by the part number.

Want to convert your Jeep XR Beadlock capable wheels to their true Beadlock form? Our Billet 6061-T6 Beadlock Ring will turn your Beadlock Capable wheels from a beauty trim ring into a true Off Road Beadlock.

We'll add the option to powder coat these rings any color you prefer after the first of the year!

- Sold Individually.

-100% Made in USA.

-6061-T6 Aluminum.

- Beadlock Ring Only - Wheel not included.

AND! I'm searching for the 392 wheel to match the bolt pattern. The XR wheel uses 25 bolts and the 392 wheel uses 24. My XR beadlock rings are not compatible for the 392 wheel. Once I get my hands on the 392 wheel my XR wheel set will be for sale. :CWL:

Anyone want to trade?

I have the XR wheel with 25 bolts. Can you make it using a beauty ring? I’ve been waiting since last April for rings to be available. I like the wheels and do t want to get aftermarket until I absolutely have to. If you can mock it up using a beauty ring, I can send you one of mine.

Thank you for that offer. I actually have a set of 25 bolt beauty rings from my XR wheels in the garage. So I'm good there.

My current beadlock rings work for your 25 bolt XR wheels to run them as beadlocks. In stock and ready to ship as well. 😎

In order to make a beadlock ring for the 392 wheel I need a 392 wheel. I'll make the ring and test fit it with a wheel and tire combo to verify it is correct.

My gut feeling is that my XR wheel beadlock ring is the same thing for the 392 wheel. The only difference being the bolt pattern. 25 vs 24. So the change is easy to make.
