I was doing an early break-in oil change on my new MOAB (1400 miles) and while looking around under the hood I saw something bad. The airbox had disconnected from the throttle body. I had looked under the hood when I picked it up but hadn’t noticed that the rubber snorkel had fallen off. Looking closely, you can see it was improperly installed at the factory. It was only partially installed on half of the flange of the TB and now it had slipped off. It was now clearly open on the bottom. Also note how far the screw clamp is screwed down.
I loosened the clamp and reinstalled it properly. Note that there is a rubber tab at the 12 o’clock position that fits into a notch on the TB when fully installed.
Could be a one-off, but 392 owners, check yours.

What's Mario from Melbourne have to do with it?
I don't think he is going to respond the these allegations. He seems to have gone into hiding.
