Hey Benny, I do have a quick question for you.

I finally ordered all of my 392 replacement stickers & badges from you last night, but I'm wondering.. Would the right side 392 badge (part # 5043156AB) work on the left side of the hood scoop? They appear to be identical to each other, but the left and right badges do have different part #'s.

I'm asking because my Jeep is finally getting PPF'd in a couple weeks, and the right-side 392 badge appears to be in stock, but the left badge has a 4 to 6 week lead time.

Any chance they are interchangeable?

Thanks for any insight!

-Robert
Hi Robert,
For some reason Jeep uses and left and right. I think there is a difference with the locating pin hole sizes on the back

This is correct, I have recently received my pair that will be replaced once I get my PPF done. The left side pins are closer together. The right side pins are further apart, as shown in this picture from Benny.

Hey Benny, I finally have another question! ?

Do you by chance know what the part number would be if I wanted to replace the front cup holders that lie between the driver and front passenger seats, next the gear shifter for a 2022 392?

Is that something that I can order from you, and is it something that's currently available during the strike?

Thanks in advance!

-Rob

Sorry to hijack an old thread, but on the topic of the OE 392 hood emblems...for anyone who has had them off the vehicle, is the backing of the emblems flat, or are they curved? I was thinking of getting another emblem for something else and I see that I would need to remove the locating pins for a flat install, but given the shape of the hood scoop area, I wondered if the backplate itself was curved.

Backer is flat. I cut the pins off and ground them down just below the adhesive backer with a cutoff wheel on a die grinder for my install. In retrospect, wire cutters alone would have probably done the trick as well.
