It’s a bullshit answer. The correct way for Jeep to handle that situation is contact the rail company and/or the trucking company and demand that the shipping delays be resolved in a timely manner. But they won’t do that.was told 7-9 weeks when I ordered. Been over 6 months with another delay today. Here’s Jeep chat from June:
