3.6 e torque voltage question

Hi jeepers. I like watching the infos from coolant temp, oil pressure etc. today, I was at a complete stop and my auto start/stop kicked on. I always see the voltage drop from 13.6-13.9 to about 12.6-12.9 when ess kicks on. However today, the voltage stayed at 13.7 and never dropped but ess was on. Is this normal? The voltage page works since it does fluctuate while driving. Thanks in advance.
