Strange, as of tonight on Jeeps website, I cannot build a white, 4 door, Rubicon X, 8 speed 850E on 35's with 4.56 gearing (my order for pricing comparison). I can build a 6 speed manual with 4.`10s and even a 6 speed with 4.88's, but not the 4.56 with 850e. I tried on two devices. Anyone else experiencing this? It's probably just the crack...
Yeah any of those 4 options (tires, wheels, 4.56 gearing, or auto transmission) won't allow you to select them.

When I placed my order they also apparently can no longer order Sarge Green. :/

I was looking at this as well. In a month or so we plan on ordering from one so I figured we'd look at it pricing and create our order and half the features weren't working.

Congrats. Does your build sheet show you have the Aux switches and receiver hitch?
My understanding is the 4xes aren’t subjected to the AUX switch delete others have been experiencing. My window sticker has the trailer prep package listed.

Yes, it has both on the build sheet. It has the power box listed as well. I don't have a Window Sticker yet, so I can't see if the $95 tow/aux option had to get added. My dealer was able to put a request in to add it before they added it to the production queue. So I don't know if it got added because of that or just because they ran into some extra parts and felt like being nice.

4xe's were impacted by this as well. If you have the Trailer Prep Package listed on your build sheet, chances are you aren't going to have a hitch or aux switches. But you'll have the wiring for the hitch.

I just emailed my salesperson because the build also states ”trailer prep.” Luckily, the power box appears on build and Monroney. It’s not acceptable for Jeep to be deleting items that are supposed to be standard equipment for the trim line.

From what appears to be the case considering the posts in this thread; the "trailer prep package" is just the 4/7 pin wiring harness; nothing else. It appears that Stellantis removed the receiver hitch and aux switches from standard features and replaced them with the "trailer prep" package; and then added the ADH package for the hitch and aux switches.

If that is all you have listed on your build sheet / window sticker I'd be calling your dealer...

Concurred. I'd encourage people either walk away from the sale and get your $1000 deposit back or make them reorder; which at this point I'd wait for the 25's to be orderable. It is absurd they've made this change in the first place, more absurd they didn't bother communicating it to their dealers so they can ensure people get what they want, and yet even more absurd they are still advertising them as standard features for the Rubicon trims on the site with no option containing them.

The way the items are listed on my build sheet:

AUX SWITCHES
7 AND 4 PIN WIRING HARNESS
CLASS II RECEIVER HITCH

I don't have a Tow Prep listed anywhere. Hope this helps.

I don't know if they just randomly added these to my build or if they added them because my dealer was able to add the $95 option before it made it into the production queue. I'll know for sure once they post my window sticker. I just got notified that it was Built so the sticker should be available any time now.

In a month or so you'll probably only be able to order a 2025 model year; hopefully there aren't as drastic of pricing and model option changes as there were from 2023 -> 2024.

Given the pricing changes we've already seen and the high inventory, maybe I'll be able to get a deal. HA!

I was wondering about the 2025s and when 2024 orders will stop. When my dealer agreed to reorder last week he called the same day and said Rubi X orders were on restriction. I was wondering if they were winding down production, but 2 days later he got the order in. Interestingly my first order has been sitting in D1 for 30 days now. I can't make sense out of what gets built and what sits and waits. Given there are virtually no high priced Rubicon Xs on dealer lots you'd think they would want to crank some out.

I can’t reorder because my lease is coming due and this would be my third order since I decided not to go with the High Altitude. I’m definitely prepared to walk away and purchase another brand if there’s no remedy. I checked for ADH and it’s definitely not there. I also emailed my salesperson advising this isn’t acceptable.
