I’m guessing they are cut to fit around the factory rock rails?

Yes. Also the 2024 willys comes standard with the Rubicon fenders, hence the 2023 willys mudflaps do not fit the 2024.

Hi! I saw your post when I Googled 2024 Jeep Willys WeatherTech mudflaps... I was sent mudflaps for my 2024 Willys that do not fit. I contacted WeatherTech and was assured they were the right ones. Did you order a pair that didn't fit, return them and order mudflaps for a 2024 Rubicon in order to get mudflaps that fit? Thanks in advance for your help!!

This thread is a year old, but this makes sense. Unlike 2018-23, the 2024 Willys now has Rubicon axles and Rubicon fender flares. Thus it makes sense that Rubicon flaps would fit.

WeatherTech needs to update their database to reflect that 2024 Willys should have "Rubicon" mudflaps. WeatherTech's fault.
