He is talking about the trim around the grill. On the Willy's pic you posted it is that white frame that looks like a big smile.

It is body colored on the correct 2024 Willy's. Prior to that is was black.

Yep! That’s what I’m referring to. Gonna need that piece too. I’m Bright White so again, if anyone doesn’t like the 2024 Willys grille on their Bright White, I’m down to swap!

So the 2023 Grill and the surrounding trim piece is all one piece - that is why is is painted the same color. So as long as you get a 2023 grill, you will be fine.

I am buying 4xe tomorrow. I think, ha. The first 2024 Jeep Willy’s he showed me had the old grill. I ask about grill replacement for the new grill and he said that they’re not doing that, it was a take it or leave it., so I said leave it. Then we found the same Jeep with the same options but it had just came in. It had the new grill. Their Jeep "expert" stated what I had read, that Jeep was still using old supply on the first run 24's then they switched over. The Jeep with the old grill was born 6/23. I will check tomorrow when the one with the new grill was born. I said are you really letting deals walk if someone wants to change out the grill, he said yes, we will discount the deal but they were not replacing the old grill. I am sure each dealership is different.

I believe you're looking for a white one but I think the black would look sick with yours. I'm pretty close to you also in Oceanside if you'd be interested in trading...you could always get this one painted also

they know someone else will take that 4xe as is no problem. those seem to be moving like hot cakes, at least around here. theyre everywhere.

Mine came in with the new grill. I added the Rubicon bumper and winch myself. they should offer that from factory.

I bought a new 2024 willys on Saturday and the grille is the same as 2018-2023 . I have noticed on facebook posts about 2024 willys for sale that they all have the same . I called jeep wave customer care about it and they want me to take it to the dealer and have them take a picture of the front and submit it . I am sure they are trying to use the old ones they have left over and hoping people don't care or notice . I like the new grille and told them I want my new 2024 style grille lol .

So just got off the phone with my contact at jeep. There is going to be a recall notice that is vin specific to swap your grill for the 24. They did indeed build the willys with the wrong grills. There is no ETA but it will be mailed, or in your jeep account as a new recall notice.
