Making progress. The axles are installed, PSC pump and underhood hardware are in. We're ready for drivelines, bumpers, spare tire delete and fender chop!

Getting close to the finish line. PSC ram, driveline and steering are all in and ready to go. The wheels and tires are mounted. Still have a bit of wiring to finish, e-brake needs to be set up and the front bumper needs to be installed along with the trimmed rocker guards then we're on to testing clearance at full compression and road testing.

Picked up the Jeep yesterday and it came out great! It also fits in the garage which I knew would be tight. The bead locks don't cause any noticeable vibration at highway speeds even without being balanced although I can definitely feel the weight of the much heavier tire and wheel combination. Steering with the PSC assist is significantly lighter effort than before but is something that I'll get used to. The Fusion axles require a longer PSC ram (8") than most crate axles to allow the full range of motion while turning and the steering stops had to be ground down a fair amount to get everything optimized but the turning circle is quite good. The forklift test confirmed that there is no rubbing at full lock either direction even at maximum compression. Overall, a great outcome. I'll enjoy this for a while, get it on the trail and figure out what I want to do with the suspension in the coming months.
