Me too. This is my first time ordering something with everything I wanted rather than settling for what was available that day on the lot. In my head I keep pushing out the timeline. When I first ordered I really thought/hoped it would be here in October but with each day that passes it looks more like November. Though, with global warming maybe that means I'll still be able to run it for a while with the top down??? Meanwhile, I'm waiting for some of those April/May/June folks to show up here. They should have a some major-league complaining to do... :)
You have patience.

I do not, thats why I am on my third JK/JL in 10 years.

All of them white.

I don't like white.

Maybe I will order, but the dealer salesman did save me $30,000 getting me into my 2018 over a new diesel.

Yes, I wanted diesel. Well, I wanted a 392, but daang man, come on 10mpg?? My dads 76 F150 with a 460 got 12mpg.

There are 0 2 doors around me, and there is 1 within the price Im willing to spend with the front camera within 500mi according to cars.com so looks like I keep waiting.

Im in the same time frame as you and looking at jeeptracker it looks like the 2 door and for me the premium soft top are what will slow down my order. All we can do is wait I guess.
I placed the order with dealer for a 2 door premium soft top Sport S on 7/1. It made it to the dealer’s lot on 10/25. So 117 days. I’m out of town, so can’t pick it up till next week.

After almost 100 days, and a few "professional" emails this week to my dealer, I am now D1.

He apparently called and spoke to Jeep. To anyone else feeling frustrated, it may be worth talking to your dealer to get the ball rolling.
I doubt that's the case for me with the guy I'm with at my dealer even went so far as to ger annoyed with me when I did weekly texts to check-in & see if there was anything new. Dude doesn't even bother to look at the dealerships website, as he is only concerned about selling what is on the lot. ??‍♀??‍♀

When I went into the dealership, i didn't know anyone personally, and they just threw the new guy at me as a chance to learn how to handle a custom factory order. Dude doesn't seem bothered to care.

Sorry to hear, man. Honestly, I think it's most dealers, and I'm not even sure my dealer did anything special. Have you tried contacting Jeep directly? They have customer support staff that can look at your details. I'm sure they may be able to get you to someone who can provide you additional info.

You may need to escalate it a few steps.

OK, it's been 185 days now since my order was made. Have a great repour with dealer and they are frustrated with Jeep Canada. Order confirmed and no movement for 6 months. No VIN assigned. Have tried to contact Jeep Canada numerous times and can't get by automated phone system (end up in a loop). Called Jeep Connect in US and they can't provide any info due to privacy laws. Worst part is seeing people with similar orders from Sept. getting their Jeeps already while us Canadians seem to wait forever without any possibility of tracking or updates. It's obvious that US orders are getting the priority due to the end of the government rebate ending in 2 months.
OK, that's my rant for today.

That is rough. I can understand the delays for a variety of reasons some of which I'm guessing are beyond Jeep's control. What I can't understand is the lack of communication between Jeep and their customers. There's no reason in this age of social media why they couldn't send out regular messages explaining the delays and have a genuine answer center that actually answers questions rather than simply referring you to the online tracker.

Yeah. I'm glad I ordered a Reign, but if Punk'n had been available it would have been a much tougher decision... Though I will say it's odd that when I check the Jeep website to build a Wrangler I don't see Punk'n listed as an option yet.

I feel your pain another Canadian in the same hold pattern . I have had my order in first week of August for a Reign Rubicon 4xe. Had movement once a few weeks ago but then put back on hold again. The dealership says it’s the leather interior holding it up. It would be nice if we could get a tracker like US orders have.
