And just to piss in everyone's Wheaties... I saw a teaser on the news this morning about a new potential for a railway strike. It seems the union has rejected the deal previously brokered by the government. November 19th is the deadline for putting something new on the table...

This doesn't bother me as much as 4XE getting priority over builds that were put in months ago.

Fuck the companies that are fucking over their workers. I hope these workers strike and fuck with the owner's bottom line. I hope it causes massive disruption to the economy. I'm going to stop there because I could go on a huge rant about this subject but it has nothing to do with my jeep. ?

I'm at the point where I'm not excited about my jeep anymore.

So, I think I've decided im taking a break from the forums and gonna turn off my jeep tracker emails. My mental health is complete shit right now and this emotional rollercoaster jeep has put me on is not doing me any favors.

Seeing a 2 door get delivered that was ordered 2 weeks after mine has sent me over the edge and im just done with this shit.

I wish I could just say fuck it to this whole ordeal and say goodbye to my $1k deposit, but my SO won't let me. So I'm saying fuck it to constantly keeping tabs on shit thats out of my control.

I dont drink, but tonight I feel like I need one. Its a shame my SO is out and im his DD. I dont think he would be too happy if he called me to come get him and found out I raided his whiskey cart.

I hope things start looking up for all on this vent thread.

That's why god made Uber... Seriously, though, I get it. Work got busy for me and that helped a bit by distracting me. Plus I've checked out other threads to get away from the waiting game and focus on other aspects of the community. But taking a break isn't a bad idea either.

Got a notification on my watch that I received an email from Jeeptracker.com and got unreasonably excited for a 573 code change that means nothing

Just got a “4AK“ code added, which sounds like it is “schedule D to C change”. The tracker still says I’m D1, but I imagine the codes are actually “just kidding, not really D1” flags.

I ordered a 2023 Jeep Summit WL on July 23, 2022. I received an email from Jeep last week congratulating me on my order. I have been in D status for about three months. The only thing that keeps me sane is that I have a clause that if my Jeep doesn't arrive to me by December 15, I get my $1K deposit back. The other is that the time has allowed me to save up to put more money down if the Jeep arrives on or before December 15. So if I don't get my order, then I'll just go to plan B or C with significant money to put down, or wait until the next great 2023/24 vehicle, or use some of the saved money to go on a family vacation, or something.

I definitely feel your pain, bro. Just remember that there's always perspective. Good luck to you and everyone else waiting!!

Yep. I got an e-mail from the tracker saying I might have regressed from D1 to D... Last I heard from the dealer I was schedule to ship on the 20th... we'll see...

But, hey, the picture on the pizza tracker updated...

I feel your pain. My order date was 7/15. Went to D1 in September but now I've regressed back to D... It was nice while it lasted...

Day 76 since I ordered. 34 since I got my VIN. No progress, no news, not even an estimated ship date from the dealer that they pull out of their ass in a best guess to give me some kind of false hope.
