Damn. That's harsh. Tell him you want to ride along when he picks it up... ya' know... to help him celebrate his good fortune. After that, remember people go missing in this country all the time and it'd be a shame to let a new Jeep just sit around...

I've been in D1 status since 22 August. The dealer even gave me a shipping date of 9/9! Nada since then. I guess something I added to the Rubi is holding it up. I'm a patient guy, but...

After 51 days in D1... I'm FINALLY in production....

41 days in D1 here. Maybe that gives me hope of movement in the next 2 weeks?

LOL sorry!!! If it makes you feel better I was in D1 from 8/16 until this past Monday... so I was in purgatory for a while myself!

I'll likely grouchily vent until it's actually here... 10/31 is still weeks away... just hoping for sooner.

Ordered Aug 2, got my VIN 6 weeks to the day and I've been sitting here ever since. I will be absolutely floored if I see a build date before the end of the year.

Sounds about right... I got my VIN when I went into D1 and then sat there until 10/3.

I sure hope it's way before the end of the year!!! I'd be driving to Toledo and building it myself at that point lol

Yeah, well we shall see. I'm not gonna hold my breath. Though it does hurt a little watching people who ordered within a week of me take delivery...... Or worse, people who ordered weeks after me.....

Either way, this thread is gonna be home for me for the foreseeable future methinks.
