Can't tell you..shhh
Im pretty sure the dealer is either lying to you, or mistakes your order for someone else’s in the system. The Jeep tracker is pretty awful but if it says your in C you’re either in C or D currently.
My dealer emailed me yesterday morning saying I was in paint, and a few hours later the tracker updated to show in production.
She showed it to me right there when I was there on Saturday so she's not lying and not looking at the wrong order ??‍♂

Being accused of being a troll, is equal to being accused of being an asshole. If the shoe fits. I put a factual post of our Jeep delivery, and a few unhappy members make accusations with no basis. I'll post my "troll" photos this Friday. I should probably buy that lottery ticket too.
Ours has been in shipping twice as long as your whole damn order... now GTFO out of our gripe thread with your fast as hell order and shipping

Seems I need to find or start a new post with 2023 Jeep owners that are no longer waiting for build and delivery. Thought maybe my post would give those still awaiting their Jeeps, a little encouragement and optimism. I ordered many new vehicles in the 1980's and 90's and waited many months for some. I know the feeling and frustration. I got very lucky on this one. I will gracefully leave this thread and move on to another:).

Guess I'm going to have to see myself out as well. Maybe your luck rubbed off on me because as I was reading your reply, my salesman called me to tell me it finally showed up. We are picking it up this afternoon

Pfft, stay right here and keep us in the loop.

Rereading your post, you said 15 days, but if it's Friday you are being told it then it will be basically 3 weeks.

People aren't mad at you, they are frustrated with FCA.

I'll happily eat my crow when it comes. Just PM me your POC and a pic of the actual VIN on the rig. ?

I truly hope its true, I really do. No one should have to wait 15 weeks like I did on both mine.

I ordered my Jeep on 15 July. For a while the JeepTracker showed me as the only order from my dealership. Then, on 25 August, a new order appeared from my dealership on the tracker...

Now... guess which of us just went to "E" and is In Production as of yesterday??? C'mon... you've got a 50/50 shot at it...

Ouch. I ordered from a high volume dealer and I keep seeing so many go into production. I reached out yesterday and they say I'm in D with a build date of 10/14. Yes. They're still showing October for my build date and that I'm not back into D1.

At this rate I wont have my jeep in time to visit my in-laws in the mountains for Thanksgiving and its going to make that trip unbearable. I was looking forward to being able to just get up and leave once the arguments started and just drive around the mountainous roads. I mean, I could still do it in my JLUR, but I wanted to beep beep in my JLR. My SO and I were both going to drive our jeeps out there and drive up the side of the mountain together. This means we're just going to drive one vehicle out there and I'll be stuck there all weekend. No way to GFTO when things go sideways (and they always go sideways)

Is this vent thread also for venting about terrible in-laws? LOL. Just kidding. I'll refrain.

Ummm, I'm going to go with not you for the win ?. Seriously though, that sucks. The same thing happened at my dealer. Two people who ordered after me are already parading around in their jeeps while mine sits at E.

As we all move our venting into the holidays, I think a little familial spill-over is inevitable... fire away! :) Maybe venting about Jeeps and in-laws here will help keep you a little calmer out there. If not, I suggest copious amounts of alcohol. It won't help the situation one bit, but if you do it right you won't remember any of it afterward.

It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't see folks with almost the exact same Jeep on order jumping ahead of me. Kind of makes you wonder how they prioritize their builds.

Don't sweat any comments, we're all in different levels of waiting, frustration, and excitement. I'm sure happy for those that have received their jeeps but it definitely starts to wear on you as you see these quick turns. Enjoy it, take the high road, and we'll all catch up sooner or later...or latererer

I've seen identical builds ordered after mine leapfrog me on crypto. At this pace rates are gonna be in the double digits by the time my order gets in.. Thankfully I'm just stacking cash in the meantime, but jeez.

Thank you RAMSTEEL. I have been on that waiting list for ordered vehicles many times in the 1980's and 90's. Guess if no one wants to believe we got our Jeep so quickly, that's their choice. I don't have to answer or prove to anyone on that matter. I was initially told 3-4 months the day we ordered it. Even our salesman said he damn near shit his pants when it showed up at the dealership. Needless to say, we were also in total disbelief. Picking our JLU up tomorrow. I will post some photos. I will take the high road as you stated.

You don't have to prove anything. Post if you want for the right reasons and enjoy it for having it. Congrats....I hate you :)
