Yeah, I curb-rashed my front-passenger side rim of the Renegade the other day and all I could think of was how much that's going to knock off the trade-in value...

My Carvana quote a month ago was $49k and change, so I'm hoping those prices stay high at least a few more months. ?
At that rate I can put $20k down and still stash away $8-9k for upgrades.

I work across the street from my dealership. It is torture to see all the new Jeeps sitting on the lot and new ones coming in every week. No 23's yet, just the last of the 22's coming in so far.

My new time wasting activity is to check my dealer's inventory on their website. They just got in their first 2023 JL, a white Unlimited Willys and have two other 2023 JL's on their way...I really need to find better things to do with my free time ?

My dealer somehow has two MY23s in transit even though I ordered my jeep before they made any MY23 orders.....

Bad part is now the interest rates are skyrocketing.. Back in aug when I ordered
I could get 3.9 from my credit union (credit score 812) Checked tday and its up to 6.2% That is nuts! I got a great price for my 2020 unlimited but not enough to pay cash for the new one so I still need to finance some of it...

Yeah. I really thought if nothing else "sold" orders would get priority over stocking dealer inventory. But I guess they have to keep the dealerships in business. Otherwise, Amazon might as well just take it all over and let everyone order their vehicles online.

Honestly, if there was a way to just cut out the dealer as a middle man and order straight from the factory, I'd totally be down for that.

Yea, my bank is still quoting rates about 4.25% on their website, but I know when I got my loan back in 2020, is was 3.14%, so still a decent increase.

This is what I have left though. The payments were just under $550 a month, but I have been rounding up to $600 even since the first month.

Mine has no movement in 7 weeks , but its giving me plenty of time to source out all my parts for my build.
I have a garage full of parts waiting to be installed. Only bummer is mine will probably show up in a snow storm hahahah
