When did you go into Production? That info would give everyone else in Production a feel for what is maybe happening with their vehicle.

That's great news. So, if the Tracker is messed up, folks should be able to ping their dealer ship, tell them they heard the Tracker is messed up, and get a better Status on their vehicle.
I can't do that because I've punched out of my Order.

Dan, the only thing that throws me about what JC is saying, is I don't see Window Stickers yet. I think that is separate from Tracking info.

That makes sense. Build the vehicles, get them out of the way to wait for the Software. SW always takes longer.
Being an Engineer, and knowing that this is a Design Change, you are looking for major sign-offs in the Jeep Hierarchy. They need to make sure it not only works, but is safe.
Considering how this is moving, it's pretty quick.

JS easily could have been mistaken. Last I heard from the dealer (1.5 weeks ago), I was in JS. I went into production May 3rd. I actually have quotes from JS because I sent them to someone:

That's great! And that's correct! Your WRANGLER 2-DOOR RUBICON 4WD is finally in route and shipped to your dealer. Your vehicle's anticipated arrival date is June 08-2023. Please note that this is an estimate and is subject to change.

Yes, I checked it from the dealer's side, because right now our order tracking system is facing technical error. But no worries, our tech team is currently working on it.

It's not unheard of that the sticker doesn't show until even after delivery, but very unlikely. I'd like to believe that it's shipped, but seems like it very much could be still hanging around in storage.

I haven't gotten that email. I've allegedly had a special tracking file opened a while ago, but I haven't gotten updates from that since their first email.

I have checked as well that one of our Specialist is handling this case and monitoring your order. There can be many steps that take place throughout the shipping process. Your vehicle may need to travel by various modes of transportation, such as train and truck. In addition, our industry is not spared from the logistics challenges our world is facing. We understand your growing excitement as your vehicle is in the final stages of the build process and want to assure you that once an ETA is available, it will be provided on the website.

So it seems yesterday's representative was confused. Pain.

Well we have planed and paid all our reservations. I will have to rent a car or compromise and find one on the lot. Either way I am loosing $ either my deposit for the order or I pay fro a rental.

Every dealer within 1000 miles of me is charging $10k over sticker for my spec. After that, I didn't even look into how much shipping would be on top. I'm giving up any expectations after my dealer told me it's not their responsibility until it's at their lot. Good luck, hopefully you get more info.
