Good news, not so good news. Did my weekly dealer check in, and I’m back to D1 after being regressed to D. But the “estimated ship date” has been pushed back to 4-5-23 from 3-25-2023. The first update was 4-24-2023.

Nope, but I do have the Advanced Safety Package and the Cold Weather Package. I think both of those have had some issued from time to time.

WELP. Mark Dodge just called me. Jeep is on the truck headed there and should be there late today or first thing in the morning. Of course (!!!) tomorrow is the day my husband is having his shoulder surgery that he had to put off for months. So it'll be ready this weekend but I can't get it unless I want them to bring it to me. ?

It may be the Cold Weather Package this time. That's what I have in common and got bumped to D. My estimated ship date went from 3/25 to 3/29 to 4/18.

As I posted earlier, I ordered my JLU Rubicon on March 1, got email confirmation of the order from Jeep on March 3, then another email from Jeep on March 17 telling me that I moved to D1 (scheduled for production). I talked to my dealer today and he said production is tentatively scheduled for mid-April and he thinks I should have my Jeep by the end of April. He said dates aren't fixed in stone, which is why I don't have a new email from Jeep and why the Jeep Tracker doesn't show an update. He's not sure when that will get locked down.

It's been a while (pre-COVID) since I ordered a car. COVID really messed things up, and still are a little. Hopefully some manufacturers have learned ($$) from it, and will try to be ready for next time.

why the Jeep Tracker doesn't show an update. He's not sure when that will get locked down.

The Jeep tracker website (www.jeeptracker.com) just pulls data that is publicly available from Jeep, organizes it, correlates it, and puts it in a nice format to look at. Then uses all that data collected to generate other stats. Not every Jeep ordered is in the tracker, only those that have signed up. If you are curious as to what the data looks like, use the link below.

How accurate is Jeep Chat vs the Dealers vs the Trackers?

My dealer told me a few days ago that I have a ship date of 4/4/23 for my order. My Jeep is still in D1 as of today. I went to Jeep Chat and they told me it's unlikely to ship 4/4/23 since it's still D1, and it might go into production 4/7/23. I just hope it does ship 4/4 .

I have a similar order, date, and color as you and my dealer told me 4/4 was my estimated BUILD date not estimated ship date. Maybe thats what they meant?

I thought of that too, so I asked my dealer couple times and they said, yes, shipping from factory. I'll find out next week.

In the past, the Estimated Shipping Date usually more closely correlates with your Build date.

Me too, I have seen a lot of people say that they get better information from there but when I use Jeep chat they just give me the link for the jeep tracker on their site and say they have the same information . Oh well, hoping my build date is 4/4 as well but my dealership is super small and really has been pretty silent through the whole process.

I am signed up with the Jeep tracker website. My point was that my dealer was given an approximation and it won't show up until the factory nails down the dates.
