Took delivery Saturday in the pouring rain from Koons, order placed 2/14 so just about 2 1/2 months. Very smooth delivery at Koons. Was not financing through them. They made a few efforts to sell the maintenance packages but pretty low-key overall. Total time was a little over 2 hours.

Just got word that despite what the tracker says about estimated delivery (4/25, just yesterday pushed back from 4/17), our Sahara showed up at Koons today.

turns out I was NOT overly optimistic, the Jeep Tracker just updated to built, and it is just waiting to be shipped. 👍

I regularly check in with my (high volume) dealer for a status update - they don’t give me a personalized response, they just send me a screenshot of what’s in their system. That’s been fine, but I’m having trouble decoding this last one. I can’t find an explanation for KZP. I *think* it means...

Yes. The dealer sees a little more. I check in with my dealer every Friday, just asking for a status, and get a quick reply which generally looks like this. It includes the”Estimated Ship Date”, which the trackers don’t have.

Just moved to E status with an Arrival Date. 👍. But remind me again what “Arrival Date” means in Jeep world?

I like seeing that! You have some of the same options that I have that I was worried might be slowing things done (Cold Weather Package and Advanced Safety Group). Went to D1 on 2/21, regressed to D on 3/16, back to D1 on 3/20. and there it sits.

C on 2/14, D1 on 2/21. Nothing since. It does suck.

Nope, but I do have the Advanced Safety Package and the Cold Weather Package. I think both of those have had some issued from time to time.

Good news, not so good news. Did my weekly dealer check in, and I’m back to D1 after being regressed to D. But the “estimated ship date” has been pushed back to 4-5-23 from 3-25-2023. The first update was 3-24-2023.

It’s not on any of the trackers that I’m aware of, but when I ask the dealer the status, they send an email like this. I assume it’s what they see in their Dealer system.

Checked in with the dealer, no idea why it reverted. But, the "estimated ship date" in their system, which I guess is actually the estimated build date, has only slipped by one day from when it was D1. Hoping for some movement soon, it would at least be nice to get back to D1.

Thanks, that was it. Although the email says it "MAY mean you regressed from D1 to D", I'm just going on the assumption that's it. I'll ping Koons tomorrow to see what they say.

I got my first tracker notification of a change today 👍. But . . . I don’t see any change. Is there sometimes a lag?

Went from "Order Confirmed" (Feb. 14) to "Scheduled" (Feb. 22). It's a start . . . Sahara Unlimited with both safety groups and the cold weather package. I was kinda worried I wouldn't see anything for months.

I did get an email from Koons about this and immediately placed the order. It got accepted and I received a VON. Now we wait.

Yep, just got the bad news confirmation from Koons when they tried to enter my order today. No Jeep for you. At least right now.
