Thank you, I really appreciate the feedback. I had a 22 Sport Altitude (totaled/murdered, long story) and it did come with the gap hider so of course I assumed it was included on all trims. I'll rattle my salesman's cage again today.

I do think I need to put that cargo mat package to the front of the to do list though, I like that. Thanks again!

No problem, I gotta thank you as well, since I had no idea that mine didn't have it until I saw your post and the replies. My freedom top bag was sitting across the gap, so I didn't even think to look during my pre-delivery inspection of it last year lol

My gut tells me there may be some builds that come with the gap hider or not regardless of the factory leather vs cloth, because of possible supply issues during assembly. Problem is, if they are omitting them, they aren't subtracting any $$ from the vehicle stickers like some other items have been (I remember someone showing a credit for some electronics omission on a sticker) These parts aren't cheap for us to add later at our own cost...

I'm debating on whether to order the whole cargo mat package vs just the mounting bracket and the gap hider (which is crazy expensive for what it is for whatever reason if you order it separately) OR, just make something myself out of MDF and automotive carpet and attach it to the bracket

Placed my order for white, 4 door Sahara on 2/20 and patiently waiting for an update. I know it wasn’t the past few days, but no word as of yet.

For what it's worth I would stay in close contact with your dealer. Mine never showed as delivered and didn't show as shipped until the day it was delivered.

Oh I am. It would be nice if they added a shipping schedule to the tracker so we could see ETA's for shipping and delivery instead of having to pester the dealers.

I did some more digging last night and it's a trim package deal. No on a sport, yes on a sport altitude, no on a rubi, yes on a rubi w/ leather etc. etc. Even on on the early JL's.

I really like the looks of Mopar kit except for the areas along the sides it doesn't cover. One of the main reasons I like the mat is for my German shepherd who sheds HARD twice a year, that carpet is like pet hair velcro.

That's a goo idea, just buy the bracket, I might do that too. DIY hot heads are on my to do list as well. First world problems I guess.

I’m in the same boat. Been built since 2/22 and no info as to when it’ll be shipped. Very frustrating!

+1 in that boat... built 2/19 with trackers still showing TBD for shipping and ETA of 4/4. Dealer doesn't have any shipping info yet, either.

Your dealer should have access to a transit logistics system such as Rubicon VLS (not the same as the Jeep Rubicon) that provides excellent detail especially if by rail. It shows when and where it was loaded in Toledo, the carrier and the ETA to drop. It also updates location, date and time every time the railcar passes an RFID reader with an updated ETA. If your dealer is reluctant to provide this information don't hesitate to push for it.

With the manual transmission clutch recall wouldn’t an aftermarket clutch solve their issue? Like I’m sure some performance company has a basic clutch that’s not going to basically catch fire like the oem ones
