Just received mine a few weeks ago. It arrived at the dealer 1/17/23. Does not really have a red top. The website does not show it right. It is a freedom edition.

Honestly I think for a freedom edition if it had the red top and a white grill that would be an interesting limited edition. But congrats and enjoy!

Love this wrangler had a 2011 jku my engine went and then bought this. They changed a lot of things in 12 yrs ha ha ha. My wife loves it so much we are trading in the Audi and getting another Rubicon in white!!!

Well, this will be my last "update" post in the thread...

On Thursday evening, I flew with a friend of mine to Detroit, and after a sleepless night for me (like a kid on Christmas) we arrived at AEV headquarters on Friday morning at 8:30am.

Andrew greeted us, and I greeted him with a nice bottle of bourbon for all of his help along the way as well as the picture updates. After checking out the TJ Brute in the lobby and the HEMI-swapped JK Brute Double Cab unit #001 in the lobby, Andrew took us back into the shop where my 392 JL370 Conversion was parked in the photo bay under the lights.

At that point, Matt joined us and I joined him with a nice bottle of bourbon for his help and photos of the build in progress, as well as everything else he does for the AEV community and AEV customers.

We then did a walk-around of the Jeep with Matt, and then he gave us a tour of the shop and the warehouse, showing us some of the various hot stamped boron steel skid plates they have for the Chevy and GM product lines. It is absolutely amazing how light and thin they were, while having such incredible yield strength.

At that point, my buddy and I rolled out. We stopped and returned the rental car which, coincidentally, happened to be the most base model JLU Wrangler Sport you can get (complete with soft top). It was absolutely comical next to the 392.

The first 300 miles were rough adhering to the break-in procedure. Luckily, there were already about 38 miles on the ODO, so that shortened the limitation of 55mph / 3500 rpm a little bit

After we rolled the first 500 miles, all I can say is... the 392 sounds absolutely divine and is just effortless on the highway.

My baby landed today. Quite the surprise. Got a Jeep Tracker notice that the delivery date moved from 8 Feb to 1 Feb. Called the dealer to confirm and she said that it would arrive either this afternoon or tomorrow. About 20 minutes later she was on the phone telling me it was there. Working through the paperwork and I might be able to get out there tomorrow to pick it up.

I ordered 8/24, schedule 9/7 and haven’t had an update since. My dealer said there are production issues happening…potentially with the sky one touch anyone hearing similar things?

confirmed 9/28, scheduled 12/19, built and shipped this week with SOT. About 120 days confirmed to shipped
