Is that not the uncharge for the engine as well as the AT?
You have to get the 3.6 with etorque if you get the automatic. But is the etorque an extra $2K vs. 3.6 without etorque? The automatic used to only be $2K as an option.

I just got a code of 4xv which seems to mean distribution tracking. Some comments earlier in the thread but not much info. My last update was a D1 to D regress and I’m at about 100 days since order… hoping maybe that’s good news?

just got that 4XV too. 84 days with vin (D), haven’t made it to D1 yet.

edit: 84 days, not 89. Lost count. WTF the difference is, though.

I got a tracker update “4XV” today, seems to mean distribution tracking, but not sure what that means. After so long (90+ days in D) without any changes, just glad to see an update.

I just got the same update. Been at order confirmed since 8/6 for a Sing Grey 4xe HA. Picked every conceivable option that of course, would delay my order (steel grey, advanced safety, all weather mats, etc.)

Anyway, not sure what that code means, but hopefully we’ll start seeing movement soon. Loosing hope that I’ll be able to claim the EV credit for this year ?

Nope. Computer algorithm. They look at what parts they have in stock and start assigning build dates based on order date. If your Jeep has all the parts it gets a date, if it’s something they don’t have they pass on it and move on till the next go around.
I know you get a date only when Jeep has the necessary parts. But looking at the tracker there have been multiple Jeeps with the options I have chosen ordered after me yet built before mine started the process. Others on here can also attest that identical Jeeps ordered after theirs were built before them. It can't just be about order date and available parts. There has to be another variable at play...

Also, the rate at which the 4xes were being built a while ago suggests it's not just about the availability of parts.

it's been exactly a month since I received my Jeep Brand e-mail thanking me for my order and welcoming me to Jeep. Yes, I was order confirmed and had a VIN for over 6 weeks at that point.

Maybe they're just throwing us a bone monthly now.

I've never tried so hard to give away so much money before.

You have to get the 3.6 with etorque if you get the automatic. But is the etorque an extra $2K vs. 3.6 without etorque? The automatic used to only be $2K as an option.
I know on the '22s there was an engine uncharge for the etorque and an uncharge for the AT. I'd have to find my window sticker to see what it was. Now it looks like you can choose the engines for $0 and then with the 2.0l, the AT for and additional 2k or the 3.6 torque with an additional 4k for the AT. Seems like they just pushed the prices to the transmission option.
