I went cloth with no plans to cover ?

I like having something that stays temperate all year, doesn't get super hot/sticky in the summer and freezing cold in the winter - lets the heated seats work a lot faster, and IMO is still super super easy to keep clean. Also I've had way too many vehicles with cracked leather whereas cloth almost always holds up way longer (and can easily be converted to high quality leather in the future for less than the leather option costs from the factory in most cases).

I don't wear Daisy Dukes, so leather doesn't bother me a bit in the summer, even with the top off, and I live in Colorado where the sun bakes down at altitude in the summer, and it's certainly a little colder than it is in South Carolina in the winter... ?

My old JKU, no cracks in the leather... My current JLU, no cracks in the leather... But, I clean and condition (even though I know it's not real leather).

Late 90s and early 00s GM and Ford products though... shite leather in those.

Well aside from the fact that I have a wife and a teenage daughter that both complain if they burn their legs/shoulders on leather, even wearing past-knee shorts and a t-shirt I will still end up sweating my ass off before the AC kicks in because of how hot the seats are. I stopped buying leather a few years ago and have never once wanted it back afterward.

Also I get cold fairly easy and there is nothing I hate more than getting into a car in winter and hitting that super cold leather, ruins the first 10 minutes of my drive.

This data should give a sense. Average 5.51 days. Max 42! Current average time in productions is 10+ days. The first is actual times of vehicles moving from one stage to another. The second is number of days people have been at a stage currently. Also, if you have Mopar options, it takes longer, they send it to a separate shop to get that done. This is only for data on jeeptracker.com (~950 jeeps)

Bid/Ask on time in production is 1 and 55? Wow. Do we know the median?

You could even build a system that triggers access to the cameras based on VON/NAME or VIN. Then only the person who could access the camera while your Jeep is on the line is you (other than Jeep employees of course). That would be amazing. But since they can't even deliver correct, real time tracking data, I won't get my hopes up....
Why doesn't Jeep just live stream the whole thing? If the VON/VIN pops up, great, even better.

I'm day 24 of post build and personally I'd like a video of the asshat that must be driving my jeep in circles on a lot somewhere :)

I don't yet. I do have the Median on time from production to Built. That is 4.

Remote start is your friend :) I will say the cloth is ironically more comfortable but the leather is way easier to spin and get in/out of. During the summer I'll throw neoprene covers on since there's always beach time. I hate cleaning cloth seats, they are no fun.

Has anyone else got their Jeep delivered with this sticker on the driver side front window? I wonder if this "selected at random" test has anything to do with the inspection time taking longer than usual for some Jeeps. My Jeep was in "I" status for more than 3 weeks and the odometer showed 20-something miles when I picked it up from the dealer.

Too bad you didn’t get a discount for someone else popping your jeep’s cherry.

I actually wouldn't mind this - better than picking up a brand new vehicle at the dealer only to find out after getting it home that a panel is misaligned or there is a weird rattle sound somewhere or the stereo has some issues, etc.
