Mine was built 8/30, and from what I'm told has been sitting in the rail yard in Toledo since the 5th. My salesperson is on vacation and the gentleman that looked it up for me yesterday said it's en-route from Toledo to Lawrenceville, GA but couldn't verify if it was actually on a rail car. :-(
I'm in a similar situation. Mine was built on 9/3 and says it shipped to Atlanta on 9/4. My sales guy yesterday said it's still on the train, but has not been scanned anywhere since it shipped on 9/4. I'm hoping it is moving along and their scanning system just isn't updating.
My experience had my jeep shipped from Toledo 8/24 and didn't "arrive" in Baltimore until 9/1. It only arrived at the dealer yesterday (9/12) by truck. So, it wouldn't be uncommon for it to be on a train for a week or more after it shipped from Toledo and take more than a week to get from the time it off loaded from the train until it gets delivered to the dealer. I would guess there isn't an update until it is actually off loaded from the train. The Dealer won't get un update until it is actually off loaded. I would say if the dealer says it's in-route, but can't verify that it is very likely on the train so long as it says it shipped. I don't think he would say it's in-route if he doesn't have something that says it shipped.
This phase of my build was the most difficult to be patient since no one really know anything for certain and took longer than you would think. I think both of you guys should hear something soon.
