My dealer text me saying I'm still at ESD 5/11, again reason for delay is my tech package and that like you stated, no remedy on recall at the moment. Then I asked what if by 5/11 there still isn't one, what happens, he said they'd build anyway and keep on lot until there is one. ?‍ I guess we'll see what happens.

Honestly if they build it like that I’d have a big wave of relief especially since how the 24s are coming soon and you know they have to retool the factory for that

Mine shipped on 3/28 and made it from toledo to Belvidere, where it was housed for "inclement weather" hold. ? No movement since 3/30. Had an ESD of 5/8 upon prod completion and TBD upon shipped.. crickets since! I was hoping to 5/8 date would hold either way, but now i dont even see that happening.. there would have had to be some movement this last week. I have an odd feeling she is now at the back of a holding tank, lonely and forgotten about. ?

Btw.. I hope yours gets out of jail soon! Did you contact the dealer?

Well after almost 4 month wait mine has finally arrived at the dealership. I was hoping to get it today but it may need to wait a bit.

Time to start lurking in other forums. Good luck to those still waiting. May your time approach swiftly.

I go there, I talk to Stella the robot. I talk to a "real person" who has all sorts of false enthusiasm about my purchase. They ask a billion questions about me an my purchase. I answer. They make me wait several times while they check information. Ultimately, I get a canned response and wonder why the heck I wasted my time ... again.

Ps. I'm not going to email my dealer. His job is to tell me when the Jeep is ready, not build it -- he's not in Ohio, and he's not going to be able to speed up the process or see the future.

Ps. I'm not going to email my dealer. His job is to tell me when the Jeep is ready, not build it -- he's not in Ohio, and he's not going to be able to speed up the process or see the future.

I found the JeepChat to be hysterical. It appears it uses the same canned responses pretty much for everyone. Whether it is, Reggie or Cheryl everyone appears to get the same response. But honestly, your dealer has a little bit more information than what the pizza tracker or the other trackers have access to. Not that they have a ton more info but they do have things like an estimated delivery date which isn't on any public tracker. But they too are subject to whenever Jeep updates their info about your Jeep. I asked my dealer questions here and there knowing they aren't the ones building the Jeep so I certainly didn't get on them if the answer I got wasn't what I was expecting.

I would try the chat again until you get a live person that will actually look to see where you are in the build stage. Ask for the code your Jeep is in.

But perhaps he has a contact within Jeep that's not "Reggie" "Jeff" or "Marisol" on the chat feature who has more insight
