My two door Willys has been in production and status E (framing) for about eight days now. I thought it only took about two days to build a Jeep.

?, I'm on track to joining the 6 month wait group.
You know, I don’t recommend this, we are a miserable bunch of complete losers. Even drinking the kool aid hasn’t killed us. Our big topic at the last meeting was how Bronco waiters are so damn cheerful after 2 years of this.

OMG.. it has shipped!!

? I had prepared myself that the wait on train load was going to be the longest part considering how relatively fast everything else moved!

I don’t think KZM (shipped) is what you think it is……I got KZM on 3/16 but 2 weeks later still waiting for a train ride (as of my 3/24 update)

Same here with prioritizing. Actually a little bit of a wait has been a good thing. I was thinking of getting neoprene seats but the more I read the less likely I'll get them. Just need to find a good seat cover to protect from sun.
True. I've learned a LOT while I've been waiting. And I've been shifting priority statuses for several items while I've been scoping out options.
1=ASAP 2=Pretty Sure 3=Someday 4=Maybe 5=Probably Not J=Bought X=Nah

I'm getting leather seats, so I figure a few towels + large rubber bands will do the trick to make mud cleanup easier and keep them below leg-scalding temps (Although I do like the looks of the Towels2Go towels) but I'm waiting on buying anything, because I don't wear shorts, so I'm not sure the hot seats will bother me.

I like seeing that! You have some of the same options that I have that I was worried might be slowing things done (Cold Weather Package and Advanced Safety Group). Went to D1 on 2/21, regressed to D on 3/16, back to D1 on 3/20. and there it sits.

The best seat covers are people sitting in the seats enjoying the ride. :)

As I understand it, vehicle assembly takes about 8 hours, but putting together the sub-assemblies, getting stuff painted, etc. is what takes the most time.

Well, as I live and breathe. After being told yesterday that my 3/13 order was going to be cancelled, I got the email from Jeep today that my order was confirmed.

Check with your dealer to see if you have a VIN?

I would say the Confirm is probably 50%, with a VIN, they can't change the year. I have yet to hear of someone having a VIN then get cancelled. But, don't count your chickees until the Duck is in your driveway.?
