At the dealer not accepting the 1750 even though it falls within the fine print. I know someone on here had the same issue but did get it straight.

Well I hate to hear that. I would definitely be pressing the issue with their management as much as you can because as soon as you sign the deal without it, I don't think you will be able to get get it back. Id like to know what their reasoning is for not allowing it as I plan on using the 1750 certificate when mine arrives at the dealer.

It is not finding it in their system. I think Chrysler issue because it is after the expiration date Jan 3 rd so it no longer shows up as valid. They did find $1000.

They are more than making up for it in other areas.

Getting the same issue. The cert says order OR take delivery by 1/3. I did order on 10/29, so I meet the qualifications in the fine print, but they must have screwed up something in their system. Maybe the system has it as order AND take delivery by 1/3?

Ladies and Gentlemen and kids of all ages - I just got THE CALL. From what I can determine, the tracker was correct in my case. "Shipped" meant loaded on the truck/train and hauled to the dealer. They are adamant it will arrive tomorrow, (Thursday), go through PDI, detail and be ready. I take delivery Friday.

I have filled out the credit stuff, got my total and my payment. [Let me tell ya, that bad boy is damned expensive]

I wish the best of luck to everyone I've waited with and more to those that have waited longer. I've attached my order records for comparison. I hope it helps.

Crystal metallic JLUR 3.6 etorque soft top with all the packages and tan leather.

Through chat I got a number 800-227-0757 to resolve the issue. Call that # if you have the same issue. Very nice lady. I placed the order before the offer. So the place the order in the fine print does not apply. I ordered in August I received the certificate in November. The other part of the fine print. Take delivery would have been valid if I took delivery on or before 1/3/23. So sitting in a lot since 12/22 waiting to fill a truck cost me $750. Note dealer did find a $1000 offer that is valid. Bottom line the stipulations in the fine print should state between cuz and 1/3/23.

That sounds like a Jeep problem, not a you problem. I called that hotline a few weeks ago and they confirmed that offer is correct because I have the same flyer. I wouldn’t leave the dealership until someone gave me what they offered. It’s in writing, they have to honor it. Post it up, I’m sure it’s the same offer I have but now I’m curious.

Well yeah, an expired certificate will give you challenges!
There is a window of time between the date of Issue and the date of Expiration.
The certificate clearly states that it will apply if either a JEEP is ordered or retail delivered between those dates. (If you placed the order prior to issue of certificate, you need to take delivery before or on expiration date.)

The $1000 Bonus Cash applies to purchase or lease.

The $1750 Bonus Cash applied to purchase.

My $1750 certificate expires on 2/28. Took delivery on 1/16 on a JEEP Wrangler 2D Sport I ordered on 10/15.

As @Jeepmojave85 correctly noted, the JEEP system has a fault and initially rejected my certificate, noting it is not applicable to Wrangler. (The fine print only excludes Rubicon 392). My dealer was able to correct the issue on his end and applied the certificate to my deal.

Hope this helps.

Doesn’t really help me out. I received the certificate via snail mail on 11/23, read the fine print that said if I purchased OR placed an order for a Wrangler (which all are applicable except for 392 and 4xe) prior to 1/3/23 that it was applicable. Talked to the dealer when I ordered on 11/29 and they agreed. So I guess we will see what happens but I plan to make checks ahead of time so there are no surprises. It’s bad business for a brand to put to blame internal issues for certificates not to be accepted after they made sales off of their promotions.

And sorry if I’m misunderstanding your reference as you had a few quotes, just going by the details I had on my certificate

I could be missing it, but I don’t see the “between” dates. I just see one date and the statement order OR delivered by 1/3. I don’t see the “must be ordered after” a date.

You have a "different" offer than what a few of us received few days ago. If you received the offer after placing an order, then you would only redeem it by taking delivery on or before 1/3/23.

That’s the same offer just updated for the current time line. The one being posted woth the 1/3 date was what we all had when we were ordering back in November and on. It was updatedafter that date past for future orders. If you just got that offer and call your dealer to place an order you will expect them to honor it when your vehicle is delivered. But as you can tell, if you order now you are not going to have a Jeep by 2/28 but you would still expect your dealer to honor that right?

How does one get a rebate certificate like these? I have signed up for news and incentives weeks ago and also just recently and haven't seen anything. Does a build need to be done and then sent to a dealer for a quote?
