I’ve been around here for quite a long time. Here are some things you might want to consider…
- all trackers say I’ve been in “C” for 164 days
- I’ve gotten all the form responses “Cara” can give including numerous ones containing things like what an important customer I am
- my sales rep has told me I am in “D” since September
- several times I’ve had both chats and calls to Jeep where they could not find a VON or VIN when I have given them both
- more, but too nothing beyond the above and how my situation was expedited to higher levels who would contact me the following week…no such correspondence happened
- finally went to the dealer and sales manager called his rep at Jeep who said it was a shipment delay due to some component and he shows a build date of Feb 13. I asked if that was 2023? Seriously.

I will see if that date holds and if the SM is going to give me at least a weekly update as promised.

I have never gotten anything out of that link. When I try to do a dealer search on the site it cannot locate my dealer, like it doesn't exist in the system. Im not going to sweat it. My dealership gets shipments in all the time. Ill just wait it out.

Still crickets……..my ETA is tomorrow; no indication of shipped yet. In reality, I have no complaints, considering what @Strategist is enduring. I was able to get another/updated Bonus Cash Certificate that moved the date to 3/3. Very content on this end (haha -yes very ancy to get my JL! ?)

I actually feel the exact same way, but I’m surprised since all our dates pretty much line up for a similar jeep tp the same region that they both didn’t go shipped today. Of course it may take a few days to process the backlog onto a train, so I think it could be possible they will still be on the same train and you may get notification in the next day or few. It may take days to get all the heels delivered by trucks to the train yard?

Mine says that it got delivered today(1/7/23), ordered Oct 3rd 2022. But it's weird that jeeptracker says "arrival" TBD, but status says delivered.... Checking with dealer right now...

Go to JEEP.com and use the Configurator. Make sure your browser history/cookies are deleted before you first start. May have to play around a bit and build a few JEEPs. Had no luck yesterday, but this morning the pop-up with offer almost instantly appeared. Good Luck!

I’m supiesed how fast my sport is moving now. Went from production from yesterday into shipped today heading to storage according to my dealer. Anyone else have any luck?

I actually feel the exact same way, but I’m surprised since all our dates pretty much line up for a similar jeep tp the same region that they both didn’t go shipped today. Of course it may take a few days to process the backlog onto a train, so I think it could be possible they will still be on the same train and you may get notification in the next day or few. It may take days to get all the heels delivered by trucks to the train yard?

That’s very well possible. Took JEEP 4 days to update the Pizza Tracker to ‘Built’. I would assume the rail cars are loaded on premise (Maps shows one trail going to the north side of the plant. A larger yard is on the east side of the plant also.)
When the JEEPS arrive in TPA, they need to get sorted/loaded on trucks for the regional routes.

@Justmefor23 @Victory - just got note from JEEP that they used up all the gas in the White 4D SOT. They dumped it at the rail yard in exchange for my 2D. Said it will be used as a lunch delivery vehicle until the tank is empty (wait till they figure out that the cargo capacity is almost non existent on a 2D) ?

At the risk of Strategist reaching through the screen and strangling me, mine entered production yesterday and then KZ - Vehicle Built today. So, a few steps to go, but feeling lucky to see some good movement!
