Cool ?

i bought mine through Rob at Tuttle-Click in Irvine. I didn’t even bother going to any local places. My brother bought from Rob with a great experience so I didn’t take any chances of screwing around with the local guys.

Rob has mine arriving between 9/19-9/28. The trackers say 9/28. But they are still saying “built” not “shipped”.

Maybe they are on the same train.

I did the exact same thing - once I decided to order I went straight to him. We are in San Diego and also ret. leo’s. And our builds are almost the same. Small world sometimes.

So, when I was building my Jeep online, I added the Cold Weather Package. Then went down the line adding other packages like Tow and even the Extreme Recon Package.
Then I sent it to my salesman.
He placed the order.
My brother caught the fact that my order sheet DID NOT have the Cold Weather Package on the order.
As it turns out, if you select the Cold Weather Package, and then select the Extreme Recon Package, the Cold Weather Package unselects itself.

My salesman was able to get it added to the order as it had only been a few hours, but it was a deal breaker for me.
I wish I had been able to place my order in person, this snafu wouldn't have happened. Unfortunately I was overseas at the moment and it was placed via Whatsapp.
I'll settle as long as I can get remote start at least.

I'm going to keep my eye on your build....you're 5 days ahead of me. Wouldn't be surprised to see them on the same truck back to Spirit Lake. Earl Rubicon Unlimited
Same timing for me
Hehehe we need to get a few more people to order from that dealer so we can get a truck filled.
I also ordered from this dealer, 21 days now in D1. Salesperson emailed me on Sept 7 saying that my build date is the week of Sept 26.

FINALLY picked my Jeep up today. Weird though that factory decided to skip the Cold Weather Package on my build. Not happy about it but it is what it is at this point.
Are you sure it was added to your order? They wouldn’t just build it without it because it wouldn’t be to order. If anything it would be delayed if for some reason they couldn’t do something, like heated seats, until they could build it with all options ordered.

According to my dealership I’m still in D status since June 16th. Anyone know why this could be? (Not sure why my tracker doesn’t show, but it’s a white Sahara altitude with safety, cold weather group and LED)

I'm still in C status with my Sahara Altitude. I was told Jeep will build it but no date. My order confirmation was on 6/9.

Was it listed on your build sheet and window sticker at Cryptosticker?

I've been wanting heated seats for years, and would likely reorder or buy something else if I couldn't get them. I'm just so f'ing tired of having a freezing ass in sub 0F temps (care a bit less about the remote start and heated steering wheel, but would be disappointed to lose those as well). Maybe you can get your dealer to order the parts and install everything for a comparable price?

The online configurator does that. I think it’s a bug. It also does it when you select a different engine. The cold weather package is removed, and you have to add it back. I’ve noticed this from the 8000 times I kept building and rebuilding my configuration. The dealer should send you the build sheet for approval. Check and recheck those sheets!
