Ordered My 392 on 06/28 - received my Vin today!!!

Nice, gives me hope. I ordered a 392 XR on 6/28, got VON that day and have been waiting on a VIN since. Check order tracker daily (multiple times) and have contacted my dealer every couple of weeks but no VIN yet. You ordering on 6/28 and getting your VIN today gives me some hope.

What dealer did you purchase from? I ordered from Mark Dodge in Lake Charles. I see you are in Louisiana - I am in Mandeville.

I ordered on 8/12. Similar package but with sting gray color. First time wrangler for me after my GC's and 95 Cherokee.

Congrats! I had narrowed my choices to between Black and Sting Gray. Couldn't decide, so I flipped a coin ?

Same as many of you, my 392 confirmed on 7/7 has not progressed. Hopefully they throw a 392 batch in there soon.

392s are stuck with us diesel orders. Confirmed and that's it. Seems 3.6 and 2.0 are the builds to start the 2023 year.

I'm in Kenner. I ordered mine from Bergeron in Metairie, but I had a 2% off invoice Friends and Family code. I didn't know about Mark Dodge until after I ordered. Well I knew they existed and had good prices, but they never had one in stock I liked, I just didn't know about their discount program.

I have a 392 XR with an “order confirmed” date of June 02 and a “scheduled” date of July 06.

Next step is “in production.”

I contacted one of the Bergeron Sales Managers via e-mail and got a response from him but could not ever get him to respond with a quote. I sent him a note stating I was going elsewhere since they must be so busy they don’t need my business. Never heard back from him! It’s amazing they would ignore a potential customer willing to buy a $80K plus Jeep!

That is ridiculous. I knew one of the salesman there because I helped my daughter buy her Jeep there in 2020. So I just used him directly instead of trying to get the sales manager. The new Jeep Dealership in Kenner has a TON of Jeeps, but nothing that was exactly what I wanted.

I'm also a 2 door, and my dealer told me I'm in 'D' status which they explained to me meant "Firm schedule - dealer has allocation and all parts available"

Do y'all know if you're in D status or still in C?

I'm hopeful that I'll be moved to D1 soon and I'll get the VIN on the tracker. I'm cool with waiting though...because that means a bigger down payment.

Yea, I'm on the fence with that last part. It means more will be paid off towards my JT Rubicon Im trading in, but it also gives these trade prices time to settle down. I quoted a week ago with Carvana and they were offering ~$49500, for a ~3 year old vehicle (with only 10k miles on it, thanks to wrking from home since 2020 ?)that was only ~$56k out the door when i bought it back in 2020. I just hope those stay high for a few months more at least.

Ordered 8/9/22 got my VON a week ago, but no VIN. Still no VIN on the Tracker, but I got my VIN from the dealer today. It only shows as D - Firm Schedule, but it is moving slowly along. The last 6 of my VIN looks really high compared to others - 548684. MSRP was $55,760 dealer quoted at $49,822 plus $599 document fee, but no financing requirement. To me a really good price...

I have mine on order through Miracle as well! They had such a good deal. I’m really coming all the way out from the West Coast to get it lol making a road trip out of it back home

My sales guy told me once the order goes in to Jeep, it's a wrap as far as changes. I should have gotten a soft top and he asked if he wanted me to make it part of the build after the fact but he couldn't make any guarantees and I got the feeling my order would move to the back of the line... so I said NOPE... carry on!

The cutoff is usually when the VIN is assigned, but there have been instances discussed in these forums where people pushed hard enough to get changes made even after that.

Yea, I got mine for 6% under too, although their fee was a little bit more, just required also signing up for Tread Lightly. Already got my membership letter, and itll be an active discount in another week. Nice t-shirt they send too.

2-door here too. Still looking at "Order Confirmed". And I'm not going to lie, it's a little frustrating to see people who ordered in August already Scheduled and getting build dates. Then again, there's probably folks who ordered in June who are frustrated that I already have a VIN... and so it goes...

Hell, there's someone that ordered a 2022 in October (two months before production started) that just got theirs.
