Freeway driving and it feels like the brakes are being hit just for a microsecond. Also noticed the battery voltage stays pegged at 14.0V, not floating around like normal. Any ideas?

Voltage might be initial symptoms of an Aux battery on the way out.

Do you have adaptive cruise control with the automatic emergency braking? I’ve read that can sometimes brake for no reason.

Agree with BDinTX.

Just before I was to leave on a 3,000 mile trip in the 100+ heat, I noticed that my battery voltage would not leave the 14.0 V reading.

Replaced both batteries prior to leaving (better safe than sorry) and the voltage started at 14 and then went down to 12.8 after about 30 minutes of freeway driving.

Of course, your issue could be something entirely different, but I've replaced my 2020 JLUR batteries 2 times with 36,000 miles on the odometer.
