Coolant was never low. Never went below min. Line. Ever in its life…
You said you had a lot of steam come out from under the hood hence something was leaking. Just like the wizard of oz with the man behind the curtain do not base any of your observations or assumptions upon what you see in the overflow bottle. That bottle is for the expansion and contraction of the coolant for when it heats up and cools down. It is not an accurate level indicator if there is a catastrophic leak of coolant from the engine.

My garage floor and driveway would have given me clues to that….theres none there.

Yup, that certainly indicates a blown head gasket.
did you tell the dealer that steam was coming out the tailpipe?

I did. I also have video. I tried to post video here but I’m not sure it did or will.

Yep... it's gorgeous today/this weekend.
Hopefully they can get this sorted quickly so you can go out and play! At least this happened now, and not in the middle of summer!

I plan to have it picked up in the morning. If not, I’ll just put my own in and keep on jeepin….
This could be an opportunity, maybe a V8 swap is in order. Your Jeep is of the age where it begins to make sense. Drown your sorrows in the noise of a Hemi.

Trust me, this is my next thought. I’ll do the mods I want then. Since it’s looking like warranty probably not gonna help. We will see.

Hopefully you at least pulled the K&N off before sending it to the delivering dealer whose location is a "Secret". LOL!

If i lived in a free state id absolutely do a V8 swap. Make some fresh lemonade with this situation! If you have to spend $ either way. A 5.7 should be rather inexpensive to obtain and will be awesome!

Often times the fine print on the warranty will have arbitration in it. Which tends to work in their favor

You’re very right. I’m trying to see the positive side. Here’s my time to do what I wanted when I voided that warranty anyways….just didn’t think so soon. lol! Here’s hoping I get it back soon. Weather is fantastic….ugh.

Yep..that's the silver lining here and that you live in a free state!
150K on the clock is pretty good for a JL. It's no 4Runner.
