TLDR, extended warranties are a scam.
@Doolally41 just get a low mileage motor from LKQ for $3k and swap it on the weekend.
"On the weekend", for some of us a weekend project ends up taking a few weeks. LOL!
My Mopar lift took a 3 day holiday weekend, 4-6 hours a day on my back. :-(

For context. Here is the details of the warranty per OP's dealerships website.

https://www.secretcitychryslerdodgejeepram.com/lifetimewarranty.html

I've delt with this before, and a good friend of mine just wrapped up dealing with a "lifetime warranty" issue- different dealership than OP. The difference maker in both of our situations was hiring an attorney. We were both made whole after the lawyers got involved.

My guess is they will just replace the head gasket. If that's the case make sure they get the head decked before putting the new gasket on.

If the head gasket blew, the water level went down, and the temperature readings were off. More than likely the temps spiked, and the engine overheated. Aluminum heads don't like being overheated.

So do you have the 2.0 or the 3.6?

I hope everyone who owns a jeep and has thought or are currently using an after market air filter ie K&N, or any other brand, you void your lifetime warranty by using these better air filters. My 2020 JLU has all maintenance records oil, oil filter, spark plugs, water pump, serpentine, etc….never ran hot. Never gave me a warning. I started it one evening to go to store and suddenly was surrounded by steam. Still no check engine light. Call dealer they say bring it to them (3.4miles) as I was pulling into dealer my check engine light came on but jeep had run great. Just by driving it in, no one would have thought it was blown. However none of that matters if you use an “after market” filter that is better than the factory. I was just denied my claim bc of this air filter. @JeepCares they don’t care. I treated my jeep like a baby. 1st Jeep and in love with it. Lots of miles but I did my maintenance and more and can prove it but they don’t care bc it has an after market air filter….be aware and take note everyone jeep wants their every 30,000 mile money for that air filter or you void that lifetime warranty.

I plan to have it picked up in the morning. If not, I’ll just put my own in and keep on jeepin….
You mentioned a blown head gasket earlier...if that's it, you don't want to "keep on jeepin...". check your oil. See if there are bubbles or if it looks like chocolate milk....if it does, tow it to the dealer you bought it from.

As has been said many times, aftermarket warranties are crap. I bought the 7yr/ 125,000 factory Mopar warrranty, but realized after that "any modification" can void your extended warranty....so I returned mine for a minimal loss, but was fortunately able to recoup most of the money from the initial investment.

Ask for more specifics on the damage. Exactly what parts failed?
Not trying to sound sexist but I wouldn’t be surprised if they are trying to take advantage of you because you’re a female.
I wonder the same. Little 115lb blonde and I really feel they treated me as such. But it’s fine. I had it towed this morning to the dealership (secret city in Oak Ridge TN) where I bought it. Let’s see what they say….

I had it towed this morning to Secret City. They said will be Wednesday before then can look at it. I also contacted 2 attorneys and have appts late next week. I’d like to give the correct dealership the benefit of the doubt until I don’t. Hopefully it doesn’t have to go to the lawyers. No one wants that headache. But we will see. I have my diagnosis from the first dealership. Let’s see what secret city says. It could all be my fault for not initially starting there. I assumed what the employee at secret city told me to be valid and that’s my fault.

Check all the rad hoses and heater hoses. Check if there is coolant in the rad. Check that the overflow jug isn’t cracked and leaked on the engine causing steam. If the motor wasn’t over heating, or knocking and making weird noises it’s not blow. If it was a head gasket it would have been over heating.
No over heating. Never in red. Check engine light came on as I pulled into dealership. I have a video and you can hear engine and see steam yet no check engine light.

Unfortunately as stated previously if the coolant ran low enough where the sensor weren’t submerged anymore in coolant there would be no temp registering hence “not in the red”
