My 2020 Rubicon has been pulling to the left. It's in the garage right n now. So far they inspected tie rods, ball joints and other front end components. They also checked the alignment, they did adjust it some. It still pulled to the left on then. Last I heard they were rising the tires to see what that would do. They've not called for me to pick it up so I assume it didn't help anything.

Anyone with previous experience or ideas about what could be causing it to pull to the left?

Just a suggestion, have them check left front brake caliper and pads
They did that and they looked ok. They bled the brakes all around too.

Jeeps back home now. I don't know what to do with it next. It's not enjoyable to drive.

Does your Jeep have an aluminum or steel steering box? Aluminum boxes are notorious for going bad and there's a TSB, but covered only within the warranty period.

You might try swapping the front wheels, right to left and left to right. You might find it now pulls to the right. Not unusual for a bad tire to do this.

Did you check tire pressure? Has your jeep somehow become liberal without you knowing about it?
Tire pressure were checked and one tire was one psi off.

I haven't talked with it about it's political leanings recently. Maybe I should.

It could be a radial tire pull. So have them rotate your tires. Make sure that they adjusted your Caster, to a positive 6°.

Frustrated. I've been to three dealerships. One was untrustworthy, like they were making stuff up on the spot, but didn't even want to order the parts they said it was, which were the tie rod ends. The second didn't even try to get me in, so there's that, I guess they didn't like the way I looked or something. The third can get me in next week, but question the TSB and want to do all this other work first that's already been done.

I figure it's my money and if I want to waste it getting the TSB done they should be glad to take it, even if I'm wrong.

Take the steering stabilizer off and drive it. If the pulling doesn't happen with the stabilizer off, there is a good chance that your stabilizer is bad.

Did you know that every Jeep on the road pulls hard to the left, and when it's not pulling to one side it's normal to have loose steering? That's what a dealership tried to tell me today.

I'm about to trade this POS off, I didn't know when I bought it that service wasn't available for them. I've been to two independent shops and three dealerships now, and what I have is a Jeep that it almost undriveable.

I don't understand why they can't do the TSB to change the steering gear and track bar. It's my money, I'm offering to give it to them in exchange for work. It's work that Jeep themselves put out there for the exact symptoms I'm having. I just want them to do what I ask, whether it fixes it or not, it's doing more to repair it than anything else is. If it didn't require some computer programing I'd figure out how to do it my dang self.
