Is this system a reliable and safe for the vehicle method for maintaining my 4WD system?

If you've used it what issues have you noticed with it?

Does it lead to excessive wear like my brain is telling me it would?

I would not constantly run in 4H Auto, as it will lead to excessive wear to the clutches inside the transfer case, if that’s what you’re asking.
