2021 JLU Sahara 2.0 - need help adding engine coolant

So, my coolant reservoir is black plastic. My wife has been getting high temps, so I checked level with the dipstick (while engine was cool) - there was no coolant on the lid dipstick. I know I need to add - how I do so without overfilling? There is literally no way to tell what level is as I fill.....thanks in advance.

For anyone wondering, you have to climb over the engine, and view the level indicator that is INSIDE the damn black tank......

Yep, the OEM tank sucks in several ways. Replaced mine when I detected a leak from it or the plastic clip-on 90 elbow on its bottom. Now have an aluminum tank, 90, and the Y fitting too.

Why don't you use a mirror to check the level indicator.
