I had some warranty work done on my jeep that required replacing the windshield frame, the windshield was replaced as well. Before this, the jeep was very quiet (no wind noise). Now, there is so much wind noise all around the windshield frame. The windshield does not leak and I taped all around the windshield and rubber seal to see if that helps (mostly to see if I needed to reseal the windshield). It did not help at all. Any suggestions on what I can do to trouble-shoot the issue? I feel the windshield frame should be adjusted, but not sure. I would take it back to the place that did the work, but they are pretty worthless. Thanks for your suggestions!

Sounds like you did all that you can.

I would take it back to the place that did the work, but they are pretty worthless.
Doesn't seem like you have much of a choice. Go back. Take them for a drive so they can see and hear the issue. Let them make it right.

I had my windshield replaced and had the same problem. I taped around the entire windshield and it went away, Then I slowly removed small portions around the windshield and isolated the problem to the top center. Safelite came to my home and put more sealer in between the frame and the windshield exactly where I found the leak and that was that. Easy peasy.

Safelite once replaced the windshield on my JKU in my driveway and the temperature happened to be in the low 30s. I had the same bad whistling, so I took it to the Safelite shop. They said that the sealant probably didn't set up correctly because of the low temps and just pulled and re-installed my windshield. It made the noise completely go away.

Just throwing that out there because we've had some really cold temps in Texas lately.
